3. Pricing, Demos, and Maintenance Fees

Premium Guided Demos: We offer premium guided demos and initial setups for prospective clients. Please note that these demo services are strictly applicable only to "Landing Page Websites," as these architectures allow for rapid, pre-built provisioning. Complex infrastructure setups do not qualify for standardized demo pricing.

Maintenance & Overage Fees: Due to the variable nature of high-load cloud infrastructure and custom development, setup and maintenance fees are billed within a variable range depending on project complexity. Furthermore, if a client's usage exceeds their allocated monthly compute, active user, or bandwidth limits, Shillong Software reserves the right to automatically bill Server Overage Fees (calculated dynamically based on excess usage) to ensure uninterrupted service uptime.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Shillong Software and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Shillong Software for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
